Honey and lemon tonic

Steps 1, 2, 3… Time for me!

Recipe and method

  1. Warm up some water and pour it into a cup first.
  2. Then add x1 teaspoon of raw honey and the juice of half a lemon – don’t burn the nutrients by pouring boiling water directly onto the lemon or honey.
  3. Stir and sip slowly, whilst becoming more alert and contemplating the day ahead.
